Plug in the Rio Receiver and press the power button on the front panel. The Rio boot loader takes about 10 seconds to do SSDP and load the new kernel from NFS.

The new kernel is running and displays this logo while it loads the userspace filesystem over NFS. This takes about 3 seconds.

slimrio can find SqueezeCenter automatically if it is on the same network. If this works, it is very fast. If it doesn't, see the Problems page.

SlimServer greets us. The text has to wrap because the Rio Receiver's display is half the width (but twice the height) of SLIMP3's.
